[에스아이콘(주)] (이하 “회사”)는 이용자가 회사가 제공하는 "[STYTS]" (이하 “서비스”)를 이용함에 있어, 권리와 의무, 책임 사항을 명확히 하기 위하여 본 약관을 마련합니다.

[SICON Inc.]  (“Company”, “we”) provides the mobile application "[STYTS]" (“Service”). These Terms of Service govern the relationship between the Company and users regarding rights, obligations, and responsibilities when using the Service.

제1조 (목적 / Purpose)

본 약관은 회사와 회원 간의 서비스 이용에 관한 권리, 의무 및 책임 사항을 규정합니다.

These Terms set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users with respect to the use of the Service.

제2조 (정의 / Definitions)

1. “서비스”란 12면체 점성술 주사위 3개를 굴려 메시지를 제공하고, 구독·유료 상품·SNS 공유 기능 등을 포함한 모든 서비스를 의미합니다.

“Service” means all features provided by the Company, including astrology dice readings (using three 12-sided dice), subscription services, paid products, and social media sharing functions.

2. “회원”이란 본 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하는 이용자를 말합니다.

“Member” means a user who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.

3. “유료서비스”란 정액제 구독 및 개별 유료 상품 결제를 통해 제공되는 서비스를 의미합니다.

“Paid Service” means subscription-based services and one-time purchases provided for a fee.

제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경 / Effect and Amendment of Terms)

1. 본 약관은 서비스 내 게시 또는 회사 웹사이트 공지를 통해 효력을 발생합니다.

These Terms take effect when posted within the Service or on the Company’s website.

2. 회사는 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 변경 시 사전 공지합니다.

The Company may amend these Terms in compliance with applicable laws, and changes will be notified in advance.

3. 회원이 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않을 경우, 서비스 이용을 중단하고 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.

Users who do not agree to the amended Terms may discontinue use and terminate their account.

제4조 (이용계약의 체결 및 가입 제한 / Account Creation and Restrictions)

1. 이용계약은 회원이 본 약관에 동의하고 회사가 정한 절차에 따라 가입을 완료함으로써 성립합니다.

The Service Agreement is established when a user agrees to these Terms and completes the sign-up process.

2. 회사는 다음과 같은 경우 가입을 거부할 수 있습니다:

The Company may refuse account creation if:

허위 정보 기재 또는 타인의 정보를 도용한 경우 / False information or identity theft is used

미성년자가 법정대리인의 동의 없이 유료서비스를 신청한 경우 / A minor subscribes without legal guardian consent

법령 및 공공질서에 위반되는 목적으로 신청한 경우 / The application violates laws or public order

제5조 (서비스의 제공 및 변경 / Provision and Modification of Service)

1. 회사는 회원에게 다음 서비스를 제공합니다:

The Company provides the following services:

점성술 주사위 메시지 제공 / Astrology dice readings

정액제 구독 서비스 / Subscription services

개별 유료 상품 제공 / Paid one-time purchase products

SNS 공유 기능 / Social media sharing features

2. 회사는 운영상 필요에 따라 서비스 내용을 변경할 수 있으며, 사전 고지합니다.

The Company may modify service features for operational reasons and will notify users in advance.

제6조 (결제, 환불 및 구독 해지 / Payment, Refunds, and Subscription Cancellation)

1. 유료서비스의 결제 및 환불은 Google Play 및 Apple App Store 정책을 따릅니다.

Payments and refunds for Paid Services are subject to Google Play and Apple App Store policies.

2. 회원은 구독을 스토어 계정 설정에서 직접 관리 및 취소할 수 있습니다.

Users may manage or cancel subscriptions directly through their store account settings.

3. 회사는 각 스토어의 환불 정책 범위 내에서 환불을 지원합니다.

The Company supports refunds only within the policies of the relevant store.

제7조 (서비스 중단 및 종료 / Suspension and Termination of Service)

1. 회사는 시스템 점검, 통신 장애, 천재지변 등의 사유로 서비스 제공을 일시 중단할 수 있습니다.

The Service may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance, network issues, or force majeure.

2. 불가항력적 사유로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해서는 회사가 책임을 지지 않습니다.

The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure.

3. 서비스 종료 시 회사는 사전 고지하며, 유료 이용권 환불은 관련 법령 및 스토어 정책에 따릅니다.

In case of service termination, users will be notified in advance. Refunds will follow applicable laws and store policies.

제8조 (회원의 의무 / User Obligations)

회원은 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다:

Users must not engage in the following:

1. 타인의 개인정보 또는 결제 정보를 도용하는 행위 / Using another person’s account or payment information

2. 회사 및 제3자의 지적재산권 침해 / Infringing intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties

3. 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위 / Interfering with service operation

4. 불법·위법 콘텐츠 게시 및 공유 / Posting or sharing unlawful content

5. 점성술 메시지를 상업적·불법적으로 이용하는 행위 / Using astrology messages for commercial or unlawful purposes

제9조 (지적재산권 / Intellectual Property)

1. 서비스 및 콘텐츠(점성술 메시지 포함)의 저작권은 회사에 귀속됩니다.

All intellectual property rights in the Service and its content (including astrology messages) belong to the Company.

2. 회원은 회사의 사전 동의 없이 자료를 복제·배포·상업적 이용할 수 없습니다.

Users may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit service content without prior consent.

3. 회원이 SNS에 공유한 콘텐츠는 해당 플랫폼 정책에 따라 처리되며, 회사는 서비스 홍보 목적으로 이를 활용할 수 있습니다.

Content shared on social media is subject to platform policies. The Company may use such content for promotional purposes.

제10조 (개인정보 보호 / Privacy Protection)

회사는 개인정보 보호법 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 별도의 개인정보 처리방침을 마련하여 공지합니다.

제11조 (계약 해지 및 이용 제한 / Account Termination and Restrictions)

1. 회원은 언제든지 앱 내 설정을 통해 계정을 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.

Users may terminate their account at any time through the in-app settings.

2. 회사는 회원이 약관을 위반할 경우 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.

The Company may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

제12조 (면책 조항 / Disclaimer)

1. 회사는 점성술 메시지의 해석 및 신뢰 여부에 대해 보증하지 않습니다.

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, interpretation, or reliability of astrology messages.

2. 회사는 이용자가 기대한 이익이 실현되지 않더라도 책임을 지지 않습니다.

The Company is not responsible for any failure of the Service to meet user expectations.

3. 불가항력적 사유로 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

The Company is not liable for service unavailability due to force majeure.

제13조 (분쟁 해결 및 관할 / Governing Law and Disputes)

1. 회사와 회원은 분쟁 발생 시 상호 협의하여 해결합니다.

The Company and users will endeavor to resolve disputes amicably.

2. 협의가 이루어지지 않을 경우 회사 본사 소재지 관할 법원을 전속 관할로 합니다.

If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court where the Company is located.
